The Formula Hotel rate are per day, and includes linen change during the week, bath courtesy kit and buffet breakfast.
Minimum stay 2 days except during extended holidays and festivities (packages on request).

Villa Giosy: (190 square metres, 3 floors, sleeping accommodation: 8+2). Old manor house, panoramic, completely restored. On the ground floor there is the dining room, the the kitchen with usable fireplace and wood stove, sink and brazier, bathroom with shower and blow dryer. The antique stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are a living room, two double bed rooms and a bathroom with bathtub and dryer. In the attic an other large living room, two bedrooms (one double room and one twin room) and a third bathroom with bathtub and blow dryer. |
Booking must be confirmed by fax, letter, e-mail or telegram together with the receipt of the payment of a deposit of 50% of the amount (by authorization to charge your
credit card or bank transfer). Balance on departure.
Cancellation: From 30 to 0 days before the arrival: penalty of 50% of the total amount. This sum, corresponding to the deposit paid on booking, will be utilized for an
other stay within 12 months.
Check in: After 12.00 AM and before 8.00 PM.
Check out: Before 11.00 AM of the departure day (except different agreement).
Included: use of children playground with cableway, access to outdoor swimmingpool with solarium equipped with beach umbrella, tables, deck chair, use of tennis court
